Each member of the group operates their own business and has a client base separate from that of IRCG. Each welcomes enquiries on behalf of their own company or on behalf of IRCG.

When you employ an IRCG consultant and an IRCG-originated team one of us will act as your Contract Manager and will take responsibility for the interface between your organisation and the project team; managing workloads and work streams within the team.

IRCG only provides a networking and facilitation role – it does not have any legal status nor will it act as a contracting party. Each specific project will be contracted through a nominated IRCG consultant who will be responsible for delivering the required outputs to the agreed schedule. The contracting IRCG member will also be responsible for the professionalism and standards of the team deployed to work on the project.

Membership of IRCG is open to UK rail industry professionals working full or part time on their own – or in small organisations with a professional staff of three people or fewer. Enquiries from suitably qualified people wishing to join IRCG should be directed to John Headon.

Since IRCG'S inception in 2003, we have completed a many projects all of which have been concluded to the complete satisfaction of the client organisations.
